Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly for hourly work, or per milestone for project-based engagements. Payment is due within 30 days. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Travel & Expenses
Travel costs are billed at actual expense for on-site engagements. We optimize travel schedules to minimize costs when possible. Remote work incurs no additional charges.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We sign NDAs upon request and maintain robust data protection practices across all engagements.
Cancellation
Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Project-based work follows individually agreed terms.
