Contact Form Submissions

When you contact us, we collect:

• Organization (optional)
• Your message content

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. Form submissions are delivered via Resend (email delivery) and stored in our CMS for follow-up. Submissions are retained until your inquiry is resolved, unless you request earlier deletion.

AI Chat Interactions

When you use our AI assistant (EthosAI):

• Conversations are processed in real-time by Anthropic's API (Claude) and are not stored by EthosPower beyond the active session
• We do not use your conversations to train external AI models
• Anthropic's API usage is subject to their privacy policy, which prohibits using API inputs for model training
• For maximum privacy, client deployments can use local models (Ollama) with zero data egress
• You can request deletion of any stored data at any time

Engineering Tool Outputs

When you use our free calculators (IEEE 485 Battery Sizing, Hydrogen Venting, ROI Calculator, etc.):

• Calculation inputs and outputs are processed client-side in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers
• PDF report generation occurs in your browser — no calculation data is sent externally
• If you provide contact details via the lead capture form for PDF downloads, that contact information is stored to respond to your inquiry

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that:

• Do not use cookies
• Do not track individual users
• Do not collect personal information
• Only gather aggregate, anonymized usage data

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries
• To provide AI consulting services you request
• To improve our website and services
• To send relevant updates (only with your consent)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on:

• Cloudflare infrastructure - SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified
• European data centers where applicable for GDPR compliance

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
