Make your team AI-capable

Hands-on workshops and knowledge transfer so your people use AI tools confidently and safely — grounded in the work they actually do, not a generic slide deck.

“We bought the AI tools — nobody uses them well.”

The licences are paid for and the tools are sitting there. A few enthusiasts have figured them out; everyone else is either ignoring them or quietly pasting confidential data into a public chatbot. The capability you paid for never landed.

Training fixes that. I run hands-on sessions in your context, so your people leave knowing what these tools are good for, where they fail, and how to use them without putting the business at risk.

Sound familiar?

  • You're paying for AI licences that mostly go unused.
  • Confidential data is being pasted into public chatbots.
  • Two people are power users; everyone else is lost.
  • Generic online courses don't fit how your team actually works.

What you get

Practical capability your team keeps — not a one-off talk they forget by Friday.

Hands-on workshops

Live, role-specific sessions where your people work on their own real tasks — not toy examples — with me guiding.

A safe-use playbook

Clear, written guidance your team can refer back to: what's allowed, what isn't, and how to keep client data private.

Prompts that fit your work

A starter library of prompts and patterns tuned to your actual processes, so good results are repeatable.

Knowledge transfer

I leave your team able to keep improving on their own — the goal is independence, not a standing dependency on me.

How it works

A structured path from “nobody uses it” to a team that reaches for AI by default — safely.

01

I scope the work

We agree which teams, which tools, and which real tasks the training should target. Specific beats general every time.

02

I tailor the material

I build the workshop around your actual processes and data-handling rules — not a stock curriculum.

03

We run the workshops

Hands-on, per-cohort sessions where people practise on their own work and leave with results they can reuse.

04

I hand over the playbook

You keep the prompts, the safe-use guide, and a team that can keep levelling up without me.

What this looks like in practice

Illustrative scenario

AirServices Australia needed its field engineers trained on the industrial battery chargers and VRLA batteries that back the mission-critical systems at the country's airports. I built and delivered a week-long, hands-on programme at Melbourne's Tullamarine airport for around thirty engineers — covering operation, maintenance, remote monitoring, control over DNP3 (TCP), and SCADA integration. I then ran an equivalent programme for Essential Energy in New South Wales, adapted for LiFePO4 batteries.

The point of training isn't to make people lean on AI — it's to make them better at their own work, with a powerful tool they actually understand.

Turn paid-for tools into real capability

Tell me which tools your team has and where they're stuck, and I'll suggest the fastest way to get them confident and safe.
