A tireless digital teammate
Custom AI assistants that handle research, drafting, triage and lookups — grounded in your data, not a generic chatbot. They work around the clock so your people don't have to.
Book a 20-min call“I need more hands — but I can't hire fast enough.”
There's a queue of work that never clears: inboxes to triage, documents to read, the same questions answered again and again. Hiring is slow and expensive, and a generic chatbot doesn't know the first thing about how you actually operate.
A purpose-built agent fills that gap. It's grounded in your data and your processes, so it does real work — and it frees your people to do the parts only they can.
Sound familiar?
- •The backlog never clears, no matter how hard the team works.
- •Off-the-shelf chatbots hallucinate and don't know your business.
- •Skilled people spend their day on lookups and copy-paste.
- •You can't justify a new hire for work that's mostly repetitive.
What I build
Practical AI agents that handle real business tasks — not demos or prototypes.
Customer support agents
Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed — grounded in your documentation and processes.
Data processing agents
Extract, transform, and analyse data from documents, emails, and systems. Consistent, accurate, tireless.
Workflow agents
Orchestrate multi-step processes across your systems — trigger actions, make decisions, handle exceptions.
Knowledge-base agents
Answer questions from your internal documentation. RAG-powered search with accurate citations, not guesses.
Research assistants
Gather information, synthesise findings, and prepare reports — web search, document analysis, competitive intelligence.
Drafting & triage agents
Draft replies, summarise threads, and sort what matters from what doesn't — so the first pass is already done.
Grounded in your data, not a generic chatbot
The difference between a toy and a teammate is what it knows. Every agent I build is connected to your real information and held to a standard you can trust.
Your knowledge
Connected to your documents, records, and systems — so answers reflect how you actually work.
Cited, not invented
Retrieval-grounded responses with sources, so you can check the working rather than trust a black box.
Humans in the loop
The agent drafts and proposes; people approve where it matters. You set where that line sits.
Private by default
Runs on your infrastructure with your choice of model. Your data never has to leave your control.

What this looks like in practice
Illustrative scenario
An energy-sector company was losing leads to manual follow-up: contact-form submissions went unanswered, visitors left without a reply, and repeat enquiries piled up as duplicate records. Staff were holding contacts individually and not re-scoring returning ones, so the CRM history fragmented. I built a multi-touchpoint capture system that always checks the existing ERP and CRM for a match — by email, company, and phone — before scoring anything new. Duplicates merge into the original record; only genuinely new contacts trigger a three-email welcome sequence, scoring, and lifecycle progression — each step behind a human approval gate.
An agent isn't a replacement for your team — it's leverage for it. The repetitive work goes to the machine; the judgement stays with your people.
