Stop doing it by hand
I connect your existing tools so repetitive, multi-step tasks run themselves — with humans in the loop where it matters. The dull work disappears; your people get their hours back.
Book a 20-min callThe same manual process eats hours every week
Your tools don't talk to each other, so people become the glue: copying data from one system to the next, chasing approvals, re-keying the same numbers, fixing the mistakes that creep in. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it never ends.
Automation isn't glamorous, but it's where the real hours hide. I wire your systems together so the routine work runs itself — and your team only steps in for the decisions that actually need judgement.
Sound familiar?
- •Manual data entry between systems that should just sync.
- •Endless spreadsheet exports and re-imports.
- •The same multi-step task done by hand every week.
- •Mistakes creeping in because a human is the glue.
What I automate
If it's repetitive, rule-based, and spans more than one tool, it's a candidate.
Tool-to-tool sync
Keep your CRM, accounting, project, and email tools in step automatically — no more copy-paste between systems.
Document workflows
Generate, route, and file documents — quotes, invoices, reports — triggered by the events that should kick them off.
Approval & handoff chains
Move work between people with the right approvals built in — humans in the loop exactly where judgement is needed.
Data pipelines
Pull, clean, and combine data on a schedule so reports build themselves and everyone reads the same numbers.
Notifications & alerts
Surface the thing that needs attention the moment it happens, instead of someone discovering it days later.
Legacy bridges
Old doesn't mean stuck. I connect older systems to modern tools without a risky rip-and-replace.
Built on open platforms
n8n
Visual workflow automation
Apache Airflow
Data pipeline orchestration

Durable execution engine
Custom code
When platforms aren't enough
All open source. Self-hosted by default. No vendor lock-in — you own the workflows and can take them anywhere.
How it works
I start small, prove the value on one process, then expand from there.
Map
I document your existing tools, data flows, and the manual steps that hurt most — before changing anything.
Design
I architect the automation: data mappings, where humans approve, error handling, and how you'll see it's working.
Build
I implement incrementally and test each connection, rolling out with minimal disruption to live work.
Monitor
Ongoing monitoring with alerts when something breaks — so a failed run is caught early, not discovered late.
Pricing
Discovery & build
A short paid discovery to map your highest-value process, then a fixed-scope build to automate it end to end.
Monitor & extend retainer
Optional ongoing cover — monitoring, fixes when an upstream tool changes, and new automations as you find them. Cancel any time.
All prices in USD (converted from NZD), exclusive of GST. Advisory rate: $129/hr.
What this looks like in practice
Illustrative scenario
A field engineer was spending hours writing up battery discharge-test reports by hand. I built an automation that drafts them in minutes: the engineer reads the measurements aloud on site, a privacy-first AI agent on the company's own server transcribes and processes them in real time, and the report assembles itself. Capturing voltage, temperature, and discharge current across up to 54 battery blocks used to mean measuring and writing at the same time; now the engineer just measures and speaks. See the flow diagram.
Automation doesn't remove your people — it removes the busywork that was stopping them doing their real job.
